PRODUCT CARE
To preserve the integrity of your piece, we recommend removing your chain when dressing and undressing. Avoid exposure to water, as well as perfumes and lotions.

Each chain is delicate by design and intended to be worn as an accessory. It should not be used to carry weight or as a bag strap. 

We understand these pieces are meant to be worn often. If your chain requires repair, please reach out to us at info@bergenandbritt.com and we will do our best to help.

SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing before your order ships. All pieces are carefully packed and shipped from Los Angeles, California. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive confirmation through the Shop app with tracking information.

RETURN POLICY
At this time, all sales are final.

If your piece arrives damaged or you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at info@bergenandbritt.com within 5 days of delivery – we are happy to assist.
